Ayudha Pooja celebrations in Mangaluru

Mangaluru, Oct 18, 2018: Ayudha Pooja is being celebrated with gaiety and religious fervour on Mahanavami, the ninth day of Navaratri on October 18, Thursday. People are worshipping all tools,  implements and their vehicles on this day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Vehicles are seen decked up with flowers. Various institutions and business establishments too are celebrating the festival  of Ayudha Pooja. Special prayers and poojas are also being held during  the day in various shrines and people are participating in  the celebrations with festive fervour.
