Assault in mall : Two more accused in police net

Mangaluru, Sep 26, 2019: Police have in all arrested a total of five persons including  a minor in connection with Wednesday’s incident wherein a youth was assaulted at a  mall for allegedly advocating Hindu Rashtra.

The police had initially arrested three persons in the case. Two of them are Abdul Rahim Saad and Moideen Safwan. The third accused is a minor.

In a latest development, two other accused namely Mohammad Markaz ( 19) and Farhaan Farooq (19) have been arrested.

The video of the assault on a youth named Manjunath had gone viral on Wednesday.
