Anti-Rowdy Squad arrests notorious absconding gangster

Mangaluru, Aug 31, 2019 :  Notorious rowdy Deekshith Poojary (31) was arrested by the Mangaluru South sub-division Anti-Rowdy Squad. Deekshith  had been absconding since two years by not  appearing before the court.

He was wanted in seven cases in Mangaluru and Udupi  including the  shootout attempt targeting businessman Vijayendra Bhat, owner of Sudheendra Super Market. This incident had taken place reportedly at the behest of underworld don Vicky Shetty.
