Anaesthesia National Conference at KSHEMA Mangaluru

Mangaluru, Sep 07, 2019: National conference of All India Difficult Airway association was conducted at K S Hegde Medical Academy Deralakatte, Mangaluru from 6th to 8th September 2019. This was Decennial conference of the association. One day live hands on workshop was held on 06.09.2019. All international faculty Dr Anil Patel past President difficult airway society of UK, Dr Raghavendra Tandla from UK and Dr Giuseppe A Marrero from Milano, Italy participated.

Nitte Deemed to be University Pro – Chancellor, Prof (Dr) Shantharam Shetty inaugurated the conference. Dr Satheesh Kumar Bhandary, Vice – Chancellor, Dr P S Prakash, Dean K S Hegde Medical Academy were the chief guests.

Dr S Balabhasakar National President of Indian Society of Anaesthesiologist delivered the annual “Nitte Oration”. Dr Ramkumar editor of Airway journal was felicitated with Life time achievement award. Organising Chairman Dr Ananda Bangera welcomed the gathering, Dr Harshavardhana delivered the vote of thanks. Dr Sripada Mehandale was the scientific chairman. Dr Sumalatha R Shetty and Dr Prithi Jain organised the event. More than 400 delegates from all the country participated.
