Amit Shah visits slain Deepak Rao’s house in Katipalla

Mangaluru, Feb 20, 2018 : BJP President Amit Shah  on February 20, Tuesday visited  slain Deepak Rao’s house in Katipalla, on his three-day tour to Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Uttara Kannada.

 

 

Mr Shah’s visit assumes political significance as the BJP had already taken up the issue of communal violence at the national level. Shah was accompanied by  Karnataka BJP President B S Yeddyurappa, MP Nalin Kumar and other party members, consoled the family members.

Amit Shah had attended the Navashakthi Samavesha held at Kulkunda, Subramanya. Shah also visited Kukke Subramanya Temple and offered prayers.
