Alleged role of cash in luring MLAs : Khader seeks suo moto probe

Mangaluru, July 25, 2019: Former DK District in-charge Minister and former Minister for Urban Development U T Khader who spoke to reporters in the backdrop of the Congress-JDS government losing trust vote in the Assembly, has thanked the people  of the  district for all the co-operation extended to him in discharging his duties as a minister.

 

Stating that the Kolar  MLA had raised voice in the assembly regarding the crores of rupees which have been used to lure the disgruntled MLAs in turn resulting in the downfall of the government, he said the issue has to be investigated suo moto in order to know the truth.

The BJP which states it has no role in the rebellion of the MLAs should answer why the Maharashtra Police had stood guard outside the resort where the MLAs were staying, Khader demanded.

Mangaluru Taluk Panchayat President Muhammad Monu, Ullal Block Congress President Eshwar Ullal and others were present.
