Air Pegasus begins daily operations from Mangaluru

Mangaluru: August 21, 2015: The Bengaluru-based regional airline Air Pegasus began operations to and from Mangalore International Airport on Friday.

The Director of Mangaluru International Airport, JT Radhakrishna, said that the first flight of Air Pegasus reached Mangalore International Airport from Bengaluru at 12:33 pm with 59 passengers on board. The flight with 42 passengers on board took off from Mangalore International Airport at 1 pm.

The flight operates on all days except on Tuesdays.

Syson Thomas, Managing Director of Air Pegasus, was present on the occasion.

Air Pegasus, operates ATR 72-500 type aircraft. It operates to southern cities such as Bengaluru, Hubballi, Madurai, Cuddapah, Thiruvananthapuram and Chennai.
