Agricultural labourer electrocuted at Brahmavar

Udupi, July 10, 2020:     An agricultural labourer was electrocuted after a live electric wire snapped and fell over him while he was at work in a  field at Cherkady in Brahmavar taluk on July 9,  Thursday.

 

The deceased has been identified as Sadhu (65). It is learnt, the cable fell right on his back killing him on the spot.

Police and MESCOM officials arrived at the spot and initiated necessary measures to set right the electricity cable.
