After Modi’s marital status issue, now BJP shoots a question at Congress

Mangalore, Apr 14, 2014: “The Congress leaders who are making scathing attacks on BJP PM candidate Narendra Modi on his marital status should clarify as to who was the  Colombian lady  with  whom Rahul had come to Kottaryam in Keala in 2003 and stayed at a guest house there,” said  K Surendran, General Secretary of Kerala state unit of the BJP.

Speaking to reporters at the  BJP Election Campaign office here on April 14, Monday,  he claimed that the  tide was in favour of the BJP in Kerala. He said there was a Modi wave and added the BJP would win in Tiruvananthapuram as well as Kasargod.  At the same time, Surendran alleged that there was a secret pact between the LDF and Congress in Kerala and blamed the Congress for the spread of terrorism by being soft  on the issue. He said the BJP if elected to power will deal with terrorism with a firm hand.

 He also assured that the BJP will come to the aid of the fishermen, areca growers of the state.
