Accused absconding from several years arrested

Kasargod, Sep 21, 2016: Abdul Rashid(34) of Madhur, is the accused wanted in theft cases of mobile phones was absconding since 2005. He was arrested by Kasargod police on September 20, Tuesday.

It is siad he was absconding from 13 years . The court had issued warrant against him several times but he failed to appear and was declared absconding.

Police sources say that Rashid had been shifting places such as Mumbai, Bengaluru and so on all these years, was finally arrested.
