Absconding accused in murder case arrested in Kasargod

Kasargod, Jan 12, 2017:  A notorious criminal wanted in several cases including murder was arrested by Kasargod town police recently.

Mahesh (20), a resident of Kudlu Battampare is identified as the accused.

Sources say that Mahesh was wanted in murder case of Abeed, murder attempt on Yogish in Adkathabail in 2014,  stabbing of Munashir, a student from Uliyathadka in 2012,and an assault on police in 2015.

Case was registered but Mahesh was absconding. The search operation was on to trace the accused. On credible information police swung into action and Mahesh was finally arrested in Kasargod.
