Absconding accused in drug peddling case arrested

Mangaluru, Mar 29, 2018: A person named Imtiyaz of Mullugudde was arrested at Ajjinadka  near Kotekar by the Anti-Rowdy Squad in connection with a murder attempt and drug peddling cases.

In an earlier operation following a tip off that Imtiyaz along with Azeez alias Abdul Azeez was  selling ganja at Nettilapadavu  near Konaje, the police had  raided the spot and seized 10.25 kg ganja packed in sachets.  If Azeez was arrested then, Imtiyaz was absconding.

Imtiyaz who is now arrested was also wanted in connection with the murder attempt of Pachila Azeez at Ullal.
