ACCE(I) MLR-Ultra Tech Award conferred on Mohtisham for Ivory Tower Project

Mangaluru, Jan 12, 2018: The prestigious Association of Consulting Civil Engineering (India), ACCE (I) MLR-UltraTech Award has been conferred on Mohtisham Complexes Pvt Ltd for its Ivory Tower Project, at a colourful ceremony held at Milagres Centenary Hall recently.

Mohtisham won the Award under the category ‘Well-built Concrete Structure (Multi-storey).’ Ivory Tower, a  multi-storey residential complex was built by Mohtisham Complexes Pvt Ltd on the occasion of its 25th anniversary.

 Dr M Narendra, former chairman and managing director, Indian Overseas Bank and Nagesh Puttaswamy, regional head of Ultra Tech Cement presented the  Award to  S M Sawood, Executive Director, Mohtisham Complexes Pvt Ltd.

Anil Sebastian D’Souza, President, ACCE (I) Mangaluru Chapter, Vijay Vishnu Mayya, President, ACCE (I) South, Chandramaulishwar, Secretary, ACCE (I) were present on the dais.

Mohtisham was chosen for the Award from among the 200 entries from Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Chikkamagaluru and Shivamogga districts.
