ACB raids former KIADB officer’s residence in unaccounted assets case

Mangaluru, June 12, 2020:   ACB  sleuths have raided the  Mangaluru, Bengaluru and Mandya residences of KIADB’s former Special Land Acquisition Officer Dasegowda  in connection with  unaccounted  assets case.

This particular officer had  once in December 2019 was caught   while securing commission in the compensation amount for land acquisition. Presently, he is under suspension over graft charges.

Dasegowda was earlier  once arrested by ACB and was later released on bail. He is facing charges of owning illegal  assets in several places of the state.

Dasegowda reportedly owns  three to four houses in the city and 11 sites at various places including Bengaluru.

The raid in Mangaluru was conducted under the leadership of ACB SP Umaprashanth, DySP Manjunath and Inspector Yogish Naik.
