ABVP protests against alleged anti-India slogans raised at Bengaluru function

Mangaluru, Aug 14, 2016:  The ABVP activists staged a protest  near the Mahatma Gandhi statue in front of the MCC office at Lalbagh on  August 14, Sunday  to  condemn the alleged anti-India slogans raised at a function organised at the United Theosophical College in Bengaluru on Saturday.


protest 14 aug 16  It is  being said that participants in the Bengaluru function had criticised the killing of  Hizbul Mujahideen Commander Burhan Wani and also the Indian army’s action in Kashmir.

 

 

Vinay Bidire, National General Secretary of ABVP who spoke at the protest demanded  that the government  cancel the recognition of Amnesty International which organised the programme at United Theosophical College.
