ABVP alleges irregularities in Mangaluru University; stages protest

Moodbidri, Aug 07, 2018:  The Moodbidri unit of the ABVP staged a protest at the local bus stand on August 6, Monday evening demanded  a thorough and impartial probe into the alleged irregularities  in Mangaluru University.

The protestors alleged that there were irregularities in distribution of laptops  to SC/ST, PG and research students and also  in the construction  of hostel worth Rs 60 lakhs for just a few foreign students.

There have been  irregularities even in appointment of temporary D Group staff, alleged ABVP leader Sheetal Jain.

Several ABVP leaders and activists took part in the protest.
