7-Year-old dies after falling into a pond in Kalladka

Bantwal, Nov 24, 2017: A seven year old boy died after falling into Umashiva Kshetra Temple pond in Kalladka on November 24, Friday.

 

The deceased is Sriram(7) son of Satyanarayana, a resident of Neralakatte. He was a second standard of Mani Bala Vikasa English Medium School.


It is learnt that the famimly had been to perform the of Sriram’s grandfather here. Sriram accompanied by his friend  had been to the pond to play. He accidentally fell into water, though the family rushed to rescue, could not save him.


Bantwal police have registered the case.
