65th Tulu cinema ‘Pavithra’ release on Feb 5, Friday

Mangaluru, Feb 04, 2016: Addressing the media, producer Anantharama Rao Yermal said that Tulu film ‘Pavithra’ will be released in theatres in the region on Feb 5. It is the 65th Tulu cinema to be released in the series.  The film will be released in Mangaluru, Udupi, Manipal, B.C. Road and Puttur simultaneously.

‘Pavithra’ was shot in 23 days in Yermal, Kaup, Kulur, Haleyangady, Jeppu and other places along the coast. It features Tulu comedy actors Naveen D. Padil, Aravind Bolar, Bhojaraja Vamanjoor and others.  The story of the film revolves around a woman rolling beedis. ‘Pavithra’ is directed by Naga Venkatesh.
