5 arrested for hatching murder plan

Mangaluru, Aug 30,2017:  : A special police team led by ACP has arrested five persons on the charges of hatching a conspiracy to kill two Hindu youth.

Those arrested are Taslim (24) Ramiz (20), Khurshid (20), Nawaz(24) from Madaninagar and Naushad (32) from Amblamogaru. It is said the accused  had hatched a conspiracy to kill  two Hindu youth in retaliation to the killing of Safan near Tokkottu  over bridge on April 26 last year.

They had also attacked a person named Gangadhar near Kuttar in June this year.

Gangadhar had however  survived the attack.
