35 new Covid-19 cases in DK, 28 in Udupi

Mangaluru, Dec 04, 2020:    Dakshina Kannada reported 35 fresh Covid-19 cases on Thursday, taking the total number of cases in the district to 32,029.

As many as 66 patients were discharged. Dakshina Kannada recorded two more fatalities, taking the tally of deaths in the district to 717.

The district has 433 active cases undergoing treatment in home isolation and hospitals.

Udupi

As many as 28 people were found infected with Covid-19 in Udupi, taking the total number of cases in the district to 22,745 as on Thursday, out of these 199 cases are currently active.

A total of 187 Covid deaths have occured so far in the district.

As many as 18 patients were discharged on Thursday. The total number of recoveries has climbed to 22,359.
