25 students injured as bus topples near Karkala

Karkala: July 21, 2015: At least 25 students were seriously injured after the bus they were travelling toppled on Tuesday morning near Gudiyadka.

 

 

 

The incident occurred when the bus, carrying 25 students was on its way towards BBM College.

According to the police the bus toppled while negotiating a curve. The driver lost control over the bus as he was over speeding and this resulted in the bus toppling over the median.

The police personal and fire department arrived at the spot.
All the students suffered serious injuries and were rushed to a nearby hospital.
