2 from Bolur, 1 from Bantwal test positive for Covid-19

Mangaluru, May 06, 2020:   Three persons including two from  Boloor area of Mangaluru have been tested positive for Covid-19 on May 6, Wednesday.  The third patient is a woman from Bantwal.

 

Of the two from Boloor who tested positive , one is a 11 year old girl and another a 38 year old woman. They have reportedly contracted the infection from a  woman who was admitted to First Neuro Hospital and was later tested positive.

The third patient is a 16 year old girl who has  contracted the infection from her mother in Bantwal who has already succumbed.

With this, the total Covid-19 positive cases in Dakshina Kannada has risen to 28. Three have died and 12 have been discharged. As many as 13 are still under treatment.
