2 dead in bike-tipper collision in Bantwal

Bantwal, May 08, 2019:  A head-on collision between a tipper and a bullet bike  at Kumer on Annalike-Hirni road in Bantwal Taluk on Wednesday has claimed the lives of the two riders.

The deceased are  Surendra (33),  son of Ramesh Poojary of Siddakatte and  his relative Jayalakshmi (36). Both were on way to Kodialbail when the lorry knocked down their bike. Both breathed their last while being rushed to the hospital.

Bantwal Police have registered a case.
