19 yr old booked under POCSO for impregnating minor

Karkala, March 10, 2020:  Karkala Police have registered a POCSO case against a 19 year old  youth named Akshath  on the charges of raping and impregnating a 17 year old girl. He is now facing case under POCSO.

 

When officials visited the residence of the victim  the family members claimed that she was with the accused and that they had married. As  the girl is a minor the officials have entrusted her to the care of her parents.
