18 new Covid-19 positive cases in DK, Udupi reports 1 case

Mangaluru, Dec 28, 2020:    18 people from Dakshina Kannada and 1 from Udupi tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday. As many as 34 patients in DK and 5 in Udupi were discharged from hospital.

 

With this the total Covid-19 positive cases in the DK district rose to 32,775 and 401 cases are currently active. A total of 732 deaths have occurred till date.

Udupi district has reported 1 fresh Covid case and with this total positive cases rose to 23,007 cases with 60 still being treated at the designated hospitals. The district has reported 188 COVID-19 fatality so far.
