16 new Covid-19 positive cases in DK, Udupi reports 1 death and 6 new cases

Mangaluru, Jan 04, 2020:    16 people from Dakshina Kannada tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday. As many as 27 patients were discharged from hospital.

 

With this the total Covid-19 positive cases in the DK district rose to 32,994 and 367 cases are currently active. A total of 732 deaths have occurred till date.

Udupi

Udupi district has reported 6 fresh Covid cases and with this total positive cases rose to 23,113, with 90 still being treated at the designated hospitals.

As many as 14 patients were discharged on Monday.

The district has reported 189 COVID-19 fatality so far, including 1 on Monday.
