14 year old boy dies in road mishap

Kasargod, Mar 27, 2015: A 14 year old boy who was critically injured in a road mishap at Mogral Puttur  on  March 25, Wednesday, succumbed to his injuries at a hospital in Mangaluru where he was undergoing treatment, on March 26, Thursday.

The deceased boy is Aftad (14), son of Hameed of Mogral Puttur. He was knocked down by a speeding Maruti Omni which went out of control of the  driver  when Aftad was on way home from school after appearing for exams. The vehicle was heading towards Kasargod from Mangaluru.

  He was a  class VIII student of  Mogral Puttur Government Higher Secondary School.
 A case has been registered by Kasargod police.
