13-feet King cobra rescued from a house in Kundapur

Kundapur, Feb 01, 2017: A rare 13-feet long cobra was rescued from a house located at Kamlashile in Kundapur on February 01, Wednesday.

King cobra was found hiding in house of Venkataramana Rao at Kamalashile, as they noticed it they began to panic and were frightened by its sight too. On information Krishnamurthy Hebbar of the forest department, Kamalashile Sri Brahmi Durgaparameshwari Temple priest Raghavendra Jogi rushed to the spot. With the help of the locals the King cobra was rescued and taken to sanctuary.

It is assume that snake might have entered the house in search of food.
