11 yr girl dies as private bus rams into two-wheeler at Nanthoor

Mangaluru, Aug 13, 2018: An accident involving a two-wheeler and a private bus  claimed the life of a 11 year old girl  at Nanthoor on August 12, Sunday.

 

The deceased girl is Madiha, daughter of Noor Jahan and Roshan couple of Katipalla. The mishap took place when Noor Jahan was riding her two-wheeler along with her two children. They were on way to attend a wedding when tragedy struck.

A  private Udupi-Mangaluru bus in its  haste  to overtake rammed into the two-wheeler resulting in grievous injuries to Madiha. She died  later at the hospital. Noor Jahan and her four year old son Tayyab Ansar have also sustained injuries and have been hospitalised.

The family hailed from Shivamogga.   Roshan is working in Bengaluru where his elder daughter is studying while Noor Jahan stayed at Katipalla with the other two kids.
