’Target’ Illyas murder case: Three more arrested

Mangaluru, Feb 22, 2018 : Police have arrested three persons on February 22, Thursday in a case connected to ’Target Illyas’ murder on January 13, at his residence in Attavar.

 

The accused arrested are identified as Dawood(38) of Ullal, Mohammed Nasir alias Nachi(25) and Riyaz alias Iya(32)of Manjeshwar.


Sources said that  Dawood is the prime accused in the murder of Illyas. Nasir and Riyaz are accused of providing shelter and offering financial support to Dawood, as there are four murder cases and two cases of attempt to murder  against him. Two were already arrested in connection with the case, total number of arrests go up to five.


Pandeshwar police are investigating the case.
