Deputy Commissioner A.B. Ibrahim who had been to B.C.Road on July 9, Wednesday to  look into the traffic problem of the area, on noticing the lined up sand lorries, stood right on the road and seized as many as 33 lorries  on suspicion that they were transporting sand unauthorisedly.
