Mangaluru, Nov 25, 2015: The body of an unidentified youth has been found on the railway track at Mangaluru Central Railway Station on November 25, Wednesday. The body was noticed on the track by a person who was in the area after the Tiruvananthapuram Express train left the station. It is suspected that he was run over by the train.
The Railway Police were informed and they have shifted the body to the Wenlock Hospital.
Meanwhile, railway officials have expressed concern over the safety of students who board the trains in the last minute and also travel stand in groups near the doors of the compartment despite knowing the dangers of the same.
