YMPU Habba 2010 held at Balmatta on April 10 and 11

Mangalore, April 12: The ‘YMPU Habba 2010’ a fun fete was held at Balmatta Grounds, Mangalore on April 10 and 11.

 

 

 

 

 

The function began with a prayer by Br.Issac Sikka of campus crusade for Christ. The main purpose of the show was to unite all the people of the community, who are residing in and  around  Mangalore under one banner. With the celebration, the purpose has been fulfilled said Kiran Karat, president of YMPU, who had organized the show. He further added that the organizers have planned similar event every year with the support of all the churches and organizations. This was their first attempt and it was a great success. He thanked all the members of the YMPU for their dedicated support.

There was a hand rotated Giant wheel where the children as well as the elders, who reminiscence their Childhood days. A large number of people participated in small games conducted by the organizers. On the occasion, a mimicry show and a live band were organised.
