Vinayak Baliga’s father seeks narco-analysis test of accused Naresh Shenoy

Mangaluru, Sep 05, 2016: The Sessions Court here is expected to pronounce its verdict on September 13 with regard to the application moved by Ramachandra Baliga, father of the slain RTI activist Vinayak Baliga seeking the court’s permission to subject Naresh Shenoy, the prime accused in the case to narco analysis test.

Naresh Shenoy The court had held hearing in this regard on September 3, Saturday.

Lawyer gets threat: In another development, Asha Nayak, advocate for the Baliga family is said to be receiving threatening calls from Singapore. She has decided to lodge a complaint in this regard with the City Police Commissioner.

Meanwhile, it has been gathered that the police, taking cognizance of some letters written by late Vinayak Baliga have summoned a few persons for questioning.
