Mangaluru Sep 02, 2016 : The hearing into the bail application moved in the High Court by Yuva Brigade leader Naresh Shenoy, the prime accused in the RTI activist Vinayak Baliga murder case, will be taken up on September 2(today). The case came up before the single judge bench of the court on Thursday and was adjourned to Friday.
It may be mentioned here that Vinayak Baliga was hacked to death during the wee hours of March 21 by assailants, close by his house.
So far police have arrested six persons in the case of whom two have secured bail.
Shenoy who was at large soon after the murder was arrested almost three months after the murder.
