Mangaluru, Sep 24,2016 : The First Additional Sessions Court of Mangaluru has refused to grant permission to conduct narco analysis of Naresh Shenoy, the main accused in the Vinayak Baliga murder case. Shenoy is currently out on conditional bail from the High Court. This is the second time that the court has turned down the plea for narco analysis of Shenoy.
If the first appeal was moved by the investigation officer in the case, the second petition was filed by Ramachandra Baliga, father of the slain Vinayak Baliga.
Meanwhile, Asha Nayak, advocate for petitioner Ramachandra Baliga has informed that an appeal would be made in the High Court against the First Additional Sessions Court ruling.
She also said plans are underway to move the Supreme Court challenging the bail granted to Naresh Shenoy by the High Court.
