Mangaluru, Jan 20, 2017: Several religious rituals marked the Pratishta Vardhanthi of Lord Shree Veera Venkatesha at the Shree Venkatramana Temple at Carstreet on January 19, Thursday.
Panchamrithabhisheka, Shathakalashabhisheka, Pulakabhisheka and Brahmakalashabhisheka were offered to the Lord under the leadership of priest Kashinath Acharya.
In the afternoon, Pooja was followed by distribution of Prasadam and Samaradhane.
Pete Utsav was held in a silver palanquin later in the day. A large number of devotees participated in the programmes. Temple Trustees Adige Balakrishna Shenoy, Jayaraj Pai and others were present.
