Belthangady: August 13, 2015: Thieves broke into a house in Belthangady and made away with cash and gold amounting to Rs. 70000.

According to the sources, the incident took place on Tuesday night at a house belonging to Isubu. When all the house members were at sleep the the robbers barged into the house break opened the almirah and took away with cash Rs. 9000 and 32 gms gold ornaments.

Isubu saw the room ransacked and informed to the police who then arrived with the finger print experts and dog squad.

A case has been registered at local police station.
