VHP, Bajrangdal stage protest against demolition of shrine in Nanjangud

Mangaluru, Sep 16, 2021: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad and the Bajrangdal staged a protest near the Kadri Mallikatte Dwara on September 16, Thursday condemning the moves of the state government to vacate all unauthorised religious structures and also the act of forcible demolition of the ancient Adishakti Mahadevamma Bhairaveshwara Temple in Nanjangud taluk of Mysuru district.
The protestors demanded that the government must reconstruct the shrine or else suspend the Mysuru Additional DC and Nanjangud Tahsildar for this act.
