United Foundation releases cricket album in honor of Indian Cricket team

Mangalore, Mar 10, 2011: United Foundation has introduced a new Cricket World Cup song called “Jeethega Tu,” which has been composed by Joe Jee Mathew, a cricket fan and musician of Kerala. Sandesha Chairman Fr. Valerian released the album titled “Jeethega Tu” at the Press Club on March 10, Thursday.
United Foundation Managing Executive Tobin Joseph said that this foundation focuses on empowering backward class students by providing them higher education. Since the members of the foundation belong to SCS College of Nursing, the Hindi cricket album is the first of its kind by Mangalore’s nursing students’ community.
The album comprises fast numbers, which are sung energetically by Benny Dayal of Kerala. The video, which is based on the theme of cricket, was directed by Prashanth Murali, the ad film maker and was shot on the beaches of Kerala and the sand dunes of Saudi Arabia early in 2011. The video presents the scene of an old man joining a group of kids playing cricket, illustrating that this game is loved by the young and old alike.
United Foundation has devoted this album to the Indian Cricket team and has wished them all the best. Arun S. R. and U. K. Khalid were also present.
