Udupi: Pedestrian killed after hit by Express bus near Heroor

Udupi Feb 12, 2016: A pedestrian dies as the express bus rams over him while crossing the road at Heroor on NH 66.The accident took place on February 12, Thursday.

The deceased is identified as Pedru Suvarna. He was 65 years. A resident of Heroor

It is learnt that as Pedru was crossing the road a speeding express bus moving from Udupi to Kundapur knocked him. In this accident he sustained serious head injuries and breathed his last on the spot.

The Brahmavar police visited the spot and investigation is going on.
