Udupi : Cops bust prostitution racket ; arrest 4

Udupi, Sep 8,2015:  Four persons including three women were arrested on the charges of running a prostitution racket in a rented house at Eshwarnagar Sixth Cross Manipal, during a raid by the Manipal police on September 7, Monday.

The raid followed a tip off that a couple had rented out their house to a North Indian woman for running a flesh trade.

The arrested youth is from Udupi while one of the women was from Mysuru another was from Moodubettu.

All the four arrested were produced before the court and remanded to judicial custody. Meanwhile, the couple who rented out the house  are missing. It is said the couple were engaged in the same business in different places of Udupi.
