Udupi: A 4-year-old child crushed to death

Udupi Jan 20, 2016: The 4-year-old crushed under the wheels of a bus at Shirva in Udupi district on Tuesday, January 19. The incident occurred when bus driver moved the bus accidently.


accidentThe deceased child is identified as Mahin Taj. The daughter of Javed Badshah and Parveen Taj couple of Shirva. They were the residents of Mysore.

It is said that Mahin had been to the Shirva, her native a few days ago. On Tuesday she had been to the mosque along with her grandparents at around 7pm.  On their way back to Moodabelle ,they were inquiring about the bus with the conductor the driver unknowingly accelerated the bus and the Mahin got crushed under the wheels of the bus.

She was rushed to the Hospital but she breathed her last on the way. Her body was taken Shirva Health care for post-mortem. Later the body was sent Mysore for last rites.

A case has been registered and Investigation is going on.
