Turkish lady creates scene on KSRTC bus

Mangalore, May 24, 2012 : A woman citizen of Turkey, who was travelling in a KSRTC Volvo bus from Bangalore to Mangalore, alleged that the bus crew told her to get off the bus at Jyothi Circle because of which she created a scene.

 

 

The bus had left the KSRTC bus stand at Lal Bagh at 10:30 p.m.

Other passengers, however, say that the woman was responsible for the scene. She had started arguing with Pradeep, the bus conductor, about her ticket and even assaulted him.

Later, Pradeep told reporters that she was the one who assaulted him and tried to push him out of the bus.

When the scene got worse, someone informed the Kadri police who rushed to the spot and took the woman and the conductor to the police station. They also seized the bus and made alternative arrangements for the passengers.

Reportedly, the lady is a Turkish citizen possessing an Indian PAN card. She was under the influence of drugs and alcohol when she created the scene. She has been sent for medical examination.

The Kadri police have registered a case.
