Mangaluru, April 22, 2018: Artworks, depicting vivid facets of Tuluva culture aesthetically, were seen at an exhibition organised jointly by the Karnataka Tulu Sahitya Academy and Jagadish Ammunje Memorial Art Gallery at Siri Chavadi in Tulu Bhavan, on April 21, Saturday.
Artists M G Kaje and Nalini M G Kaje recalled that the late Jagadish Ammunje had mastered many art forms. He was a friendly and creative person.
The students of Mahalasa College of Art created artworks on the spot. Photographer Keshava Vittal was awarded the Jagadish Ammunje Memorial award.
