Mangaluru, July 26, 2018: On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Mangaluru South MLA D Vedavyas Kamath  visited the  War Memorial at Kadri  and offered  rich tributes to the martyrs who laid down their lives during the Kargil war.
