Thousands of devotees joined hands in drawing the Brahma Ratha of the Lord. Special Pooja was offered to Lord Umamamaheshwara and Subrahmanya at the Shashti Katte. Later pooja was offered to the two Lords at the Dwadashi Mantapa in the outer precincts of the Temple.
Though in the past there was huge rush of devotees to draw the Brahma Ratha, this year in order to avoid confusion, the management had allowed those who offered Brahma Rathotsava Seve and also issued passes to local devotees.
