Mangaluru, August 10, 2018: The Annual Feast of St Lawrence  Church, Bondel was celebrated with grandeur and devotion on August 10, Friday.  Rev. Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, Bishop of Mangaluru led the Holy Mass in the morning.

Rev. Ronald Serrao of Jeppu Seminary  who delivered the homily urged the faithful to derive inspiration from St Lawrence who sacrificed his life  for the  cause of Jesus and mankind.

Church Parish Priest Rev Andrew Leo and others were present. Those who contributed towards the Feast were honoured on the occasion.

A mass lunch was arranged on the occasion. The festivities would conclude with a mass at  6 pm.  Very Rev.  Dr Peter Paul Saldanha, the Bishop elect of Mangaluru Diocese will  lead the holy mass.
