Scrap bus set ablaze by miscreants at Jeppinamogaru

Mangaluru, April 14, 2019: Some miscreants have set ablaze a scrap bus which was parked alongside the National Highway at Jeppinamogaru on the outskirts of the city during the early hours of April 14, Sunday morning. A jeep which was also parked nearby was damaged in the fire.

Though the Kankanady Police who arrived at the spot immediately tried to call the fire service office at Pandeshwar,  no one had received the call. Finally the Pandeshwar Police station was contacted. It was only then that the fire tender vehicles arrived at around 6 am.
