Mangalore, Oct 5, 2014 : Speaking to media, Nava Chandi Yaga Samithi, Belthangady, Member Mahesh Shetty Thimarodi said that the samithi has decided to conduct a Yaga on October 10 at Belthangady Taluk grounds from morning 8 till afternoon, for the well-being of CBI officers inquiring the Sowjanya rape and murder case.
The Yaga was to bestow courage, determination and good sense upon the investigating officials to nab the culprits in the case. “As the case is fast fading from the public memory, we are conducting the yaga.
As many as 11 women priests will conduct the yaga under the able guidance of K S Nithyananda Swamiji of Chikamagalur.
